Ordering & Product Availability

How do I place an order?

  • See the products at the “SHOP” page.
  • Add 1 or more products to the Cart – Adjust quantities as needed – then click on “View Cart”  .
  • Check the order, then click to “Proceed to Checkout” .
  • Insert your data in the form as requested. Check it is correct.
  • Copy the payment instructions on a file.
  • Click “Place Order”
  • Thank you. Your roder has been received. This page will show you the details the order
  • Leave the site and proceed to payment at your Bitcoin exchange site
  • Kindly send us an email to inform us of BTC transaction made.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Payments 

How do I receive payment details?

Upon checkout you will receive an automated email with your order details and payment instructions. Please ensure your email is correct and that you are familiar with Bitcoin transactions.

Are there discounts available?

Yes, for orders larger than 50 items/shipment.


Shipping & Tracking

US Domestic orders will be shippd by USPS – Delivery in 3–5 business days.

International orders will be shippd by courier – Delivery time varies according to destination.

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking details are emailed 3-5 days after payment confirmation.


Product Authenticity & Quality

How do I verify my product’s authenticity?

All ZPHC products come with a unique verification code. Check authenticity at https://validation.zphc.com
