Shipping
We ship worldwide with the following delivery timelines:
- USA Domestic: 5–7 business days.
- Europe: 10-14 business days.
- Asia and Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days.
- Eastern Europe and Central Asia: 10-15 business days.
- Latin America: 10–21 business days
- Canada: 8-10 business days
Flat-Rate Shipping Fee
All orders have a fixed shipping cost of 40 USD worldwide.
Tracking Your Order
Once your payment is confirmed, the order will be processed, then handled by our shipping agent. You’ll receive a tracking number by email. Processing time is usually 3 working days.
Refunds
- Refunds – Available only if the order hasn’t been shipped.
- Lost or Seized Shipments – We’ll reship orders lost by the courier or seized at customs to a new name/address and one time only.
- Damaged Products – Full or partial refund will be granted according to the extent of the damage.
Minimum Order Quantity is 10 items/shipment.
